Small Business Clinic Application

Are you interested in the entrepreneurial side of law? Would you like to work directly with small businesses and help them with "real world" legal needs under the supervision of a practicing attorney? If so, you should apply to the Small Business Clinic for the 2007-08 school year. Applications are due March 12th by 2:00 p.m. at the SBC.

Now in its seventh semester of operation, the SBC brings a selected group of third-year students together to learn the skills necessary to excel in the practice of law. Each student in the Small Business Clinic is provided with intensive training and practical experience representing real clients in a simulated law-firm environment.

Please attend the clinic draw March 8th. The director, Jill Fetherstonhaugh, will present the Small Business Clinic to interested students.

Application Process

• Applications are due March 12th by 2:00 p.m. at the SBC.
• Prepare a cover letter (250 words or less) and a resume. Please indicate if you are in the top 25%, 50%, or lower percentile. GPAs are not required.
• Interviews will be conducted on March 15th with selected SBC applicants.
