Small business clinic expands

The Center for Law and Entrepreneurship welcomes Katherine Moyer, the new supervising attorney in the Small Business Clinic. Ms. Moyer will work along side Jill Fetherstonhaugh, clinic director, and directly oversee the students' client work.

Katherine Moyer is an attorney and a founding shareholder of Endeavor Law Group, P.C., a business law firm in Eugene. Her practice focuses on corporate and business law, with an emphasis on securities law, capital formation issues and franchise law.

The SBC welcomes Ms. Moyer's expertise with small business clients and the opportunity to include more law students into the program. The spring 2008 clinic has expanded to five law students. Next year, the SBC will double in size to eight participants per semester.

The Small Business Clinic application process for next year begins in March 2008.
